Competing against major high-street chains and online-only agents, they needed a digital presence that conveyed professionalism, local expertise, and trustworthiness.

SEO efforts targeted location-specific terms across their coverage area: “estate agents Sussex”, “commercial property Surrey”, “letting agents Crawley”, and many more. We built dedicated area pages for each town and village they serve.
Google Ads campaigns were launched to capture immediate leads for property valuations, sales, and lettings. The campaigns targeted homeowners looking to sell and landlords seeking letting agents in the Sussex and Surrey areas.
The Results
Geoman Estates now ranks prominently for property searches across their entire coverage area. Valuation requests increased significantly, and the brand is now recognised as a trusted, premium alternative to high-street chains. The website has become their primary lead generation tool.
